Preparation Instructions
LEMON & GINGER CHICKEN STIR-FRY Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 10-15 mins what else to get 250g skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into thin strips 2 spring onions, diagonally sliced 2 cups (200g) mixed vegetables* 1 ½ cups cooked jasmine rice what to do Heat a dash of oil in a wok (or frying pan). Add chicken andstir-fry over a medium high heat until chicken is golden. Add spring onions and prepared vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour over Wattie’s® Wok Creations® Lemon, Ginger and Sesame Stir-fry Sauce and stir-fry for a further 3-5 minutes until chicken and vegetables are cooked.
Usage Instructions
After opening, refrigerate unused contents in a sealed non-metallic container.
